Embattled Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich will name former Illinois Attorney General Roland Burris, seen above in 2002, as President-elect Barack Obama's Senate replacement at a news conference Tuesday afternoon. Blagojevich was arrested for allegedly trying to sell Obama's seat.
